Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the fixture back in its original manufacturer's box with all protective foam and hardware to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
